Estimates and Consultations:
We offer both free estimates and free expert consultations either at our fabulous showroom or in the comfort of your own home to discuss your individual requirements.

Ordering:
Orders can be taken either in store, by telephone, email or by using our free home consultation service. For telephone and email orders a detailed measuring guide will be issued to assist you with any self measuring along with a relevant order form.

Payment Options:
Payment can be made by either cash, cheque, debit or credit card or by bank transfer.

Delivery and Lead Times:
Depending on the size and difficulty of your order, Delivery/Installation usually takes place within 4/6 weeks from original order date. However if you require a more urgent order, then please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss requirements.

Deposits:
A 50% deposit of the total value is required at time of ordering with the balance being payable at the point of project completion. There maybe occations where stage payments of balances are required if lead times vary due to customer fabric choices/requirements resulting in certain parts of projects being completion delayed.
