Ordering...
Orders can be taken either by telephone, email or by using our free home consultation service. For telephone and email orders a detailed measuring guide will be issued to assist you with any self measuring along with a relevant order form.

Payment Options...
Payment can be made by either cash, cheque, debit or credit card (unfortunately credit cards are subject to a transaction fee).

Delivery and Lead Times...
Depending on the size and difficulty of your order, Delivery/Installation usually takes place within 6 weeks from original order date. However if you require a more urgent order, then please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss requirements.

Deposits...
A 25% deposit of the total make-up costs along with the full payment of any fabric and/or poles which may be required and is taken as a non refundable deposit. The balance is only payable on completion of the project.
